2014 VQA Chardonnay–Pinot Grigio

Not a very common blend of grape varieties but the sum is often greater than its parts.  The full-bodied, creamy characteristic of Chardonnay is balanced out by the lighter, fruity, crisp Pinot Grigio.

A very aromatic variety with lots of guava, lemon zest, pineapple and yellow tree fruits. Light in body but fruity all the way to the zippy finish. Some say they often detect white pepper notes as well.

2015 Don Paolo

Award Winner

A combination of Baco Noir and Frontenac Rouge. Brilliant, deep ruby red which sparkles in the sunlight. In the nose dark cherry is dominant in this fruit driven wine. However, subtle notes of violet, sandalwood and dark chocolate might surprise.

Fruity mid-bodied wine that is highly acidic and low in tannin.  It has a bit of smoke to it, and some find it a bit sour.  Due to its uniqueness it is often compared to a rustic Italian wine.

A Blend of equal parts Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. Peppery finish of a Merlot accompanied by smooth finish of a Cabernet.

A beautiful combination of Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Riesling.  Many Unique aromas from grapefruit and gooseberry all the way through to guava.  Starts off very fruity and finishes off-dry and refreshing.
